Ladies and gentlemen — meet Kenyata "Yata" Gibson. Representing North Philly, Yata grew up in Richard Allen and later moved to C Cambria — also known as the Badlandz. He's the CEO and creative force behind Yatabear, Beensturdy and BSturdy, and the official model and PR representative for Street Corner Fashion.
For 6+ years, since May 1st, 2020, Yata has been building his name in fashion — designing streetwear, professional dresswear and kids clothing. His mission is bigger than fashion: it's about bringing confidence, originality and culture back to the people.
Inspired by his brother's sense of style and the foundation laid by his parents — who he proudly calls the king and queen of Beensturdy fashion — Yata turned inspiration into a movement.
